Fast reliable and excellent work.

I contacted Northlake Mechanical for my 80 year old mother who is remodeling an old farmhouse in Scottville and her water heater stopped working. She has a ventless one and to replace it would of cost $2,400! Northern Mechanical was there immediately and fixed the water heater for a very reasonable price. They had two trips to Scottville and still kept the price low! I HIGHLY recommend this company. They were also very kind to my elderly mom!

She has a ventless hot water heater and to replace would of been $2,400. They ordered part that they thought would take care of the issue and it did! They were VERY reasonable, knowledgeable and kind to my elderly mom! They made two trips to Scottville, ordered and replaced part for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company!

Had an issue with my HVAC blower motor, John was able to get to my residence quickly, diagnose the problem and get a new motor installed without issue. 1 year later it’s still running strong. Service was prompt and professional, highly recommend.

I called John for an emergency commercial job I had him do for me (boiler clean out at a local brewery), his professionalism and promptness led me to having him do work at my residence as well.
