NorthLake Mechanical, they were the only one that answered my phone call. I called three or four different companies that day nobody returned my call but they were. I left messages and three or four different company sites I had to leave a message there. I figured someone’s gonna take my money and I was happy to give it to them. He came in he fixed my furnace it was running. Very polite cleaned up his mess afterwards. Also came back on Sunday to check on it make sure it was running that we had heat!! I recommend this company very very highly. And they’re a small business so everybody let’s help them out they’re great people. And did a great job 10 stars across-the-board! Northlake Mechanical came to take a look at our boiler system after another company came and “fixed” our problem that was never resolved as our heating quit working two weeks later. The technician who came was extremely helpful and actually fixed what was wrong while explaining what he was doing and why. We didn’t feel like we were being taken advantage of which was great! We cannot recommend Northlake enough!

Guys that came were great. Very honest and we talked the problem out. I like knowing what is actually wrong and how to fix things. They were on time and got the job done right the first time. I recommend them

Guys were very professional and knowledgeable on getting my oil furnace up and running.

We had a power outage that caused our transformer in our internal boiler system to fail. They were able to come out that morning and fix it for us so we had heat and hot water! Dave was personable and knowledgeable! Would highly recommend! A great home town business!

When I worked with them they were very professional, responsive, effective and efficient. They were a pleasure to work with.

I was 100% satisfied, why they came out in a timely manner, he got here and jumped right in to work told me exactly what it was, he was able to get the part here that in most places he said he had to wait or travel distance; lucky me! I didn't have to and best thing they sent me a bill not like I had to pay Now when I didn't have cash, credit card so they let me charge it... 100% satisfied. If things work out I am setting up a payment plan with them great to work with.

The service techs where polite, knowledge and really seemed to care. My wife suffers from allergies and cleaning and sanitizing our ducts hopefully will help. They did a great job at a reasonable price. Highly recommend this company.

Absolutely great experience with Northlake. Our furnace went out on a 25 degree windy day. They worked with us remotely. Quickly diagnosed the problem, worked to get the required part overnight, and stayed after hours to get it installed which prevented frozen pipes. They were excellent to work with and I highly recommend this company.
