Sergio was right on time. He was courteous and went right to work. After fixing a few things everything looked good. Because one of the problems was intermittent he restarted the furnace again manually and found another failure. He fixed that also which required some effort and skill! I am very pleased.

Best company, my furnace stopped working and without heat on a Saturday, from 2am Friday night. I called 7 companies, some who claimed to have 24 hour service and then said to call back on Monday. But not Northlake, they have an emergency number. John came as soon as he could, he had 2 previous jobs and came and took care of my furnace. He got it running and saved the day, I am toasty again. I contacted Northlake Mechanical for my 80 year old mother who is remodeling an old farmhouse in Scottville. They were quick to get there and found the problem. She has a ventless hot water heater and to replace would of been $2,400. They ordered part that they thought would take care of the issue and it did! They were VERY reasonable, knowledgeable and kind to my elderly mom! They made two trips to Scottville, ordered and replaced part for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company!
